Caroline Isacsson has a courageous sense of color and ability to finesse both light and color in her images. Her work transports the viewer into a realistic world with a twist fantasy. She designs and creates her own sets for her photographs and paintings. Her images have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in the New York area including the Tengelsen Gallery, Dix Hills, NY; foto foto Gallery, Huntington, New York; SoundviewArt Gallery in Port Jefferson NY; The Wilkes Gallery in Northport NY; The Anthony Giordano Gallery in Oakdale NY; The Hillwood Art League Gallery of C.W. Post College in Brookville NY; and the Fireside Gallery of Nassau Community College, Garden City NY. In Manhattan her work has been shown at the Paul Weinschenck Gallery, the Seventh & Second Photo Gallery, The Fashion Institute of Technology, and the Time Life Building. In addition her images have been used in films by Miramax, various independent producers as well as several corporations. Caroline received a B.F.A. from C.W. Post College in Brookville NY. She also studied at Pratt Institute and Parsons School of Design. |
