The reality I see there can be coaxed into fantasy or softened into a romantic mood. My subjects range from vivid glass, to enticing foods, to soft florals. I capture my subjects by exaggerating their reality. They command the viewer's attention through their uniqueness. Vibrant color, distinctive shapes and a localized atmosphere create the stage setting they need

I create the sets which make it possible for the camera to capture the special effects and I record the image on film. By bending the light rays I can shoot to get unusual insights into usual objects. (These photographs were not created by computer manipulation!)
